In this position, you'll become a member of a fast-paced facilities management software company. You will be working in a laid-back team environment to assist customers to assure ongoing success of the FMX software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting domestic and international customers with the implementation of the FMX software
  • Providing ongoing customer support by responding timely to calls, emails, and live chats
  • Establishing, maintaining, and continuously increasing client satisfaction through professional and courteous service
  • Working closely with the management team to identify new ways to streamline processes and improve workflow
  • Curating monthly update emails to notify customers of software improvements 
  • Assisting in developing user guides, help-sheets, learning center documentation, FAQ lists, training material, and departmental procedures to assist teammates and end-users
  • Working in close coordination with leadership, marketing, development, and sales teams to maintain consistency across all customer-related processes

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • BS/BA Required or 2+ Years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suites
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Background in Customer Service

Abilities Required:

  • Ability to quickly learn new software programs
  • Ability to analyze and resolve customer complaints
  • Ability to be compassionate and build relationships with customers
  • Must be self-motivated and complete work in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage a large amount of incoming calls and emails

Other Considerations:

  • Bilingual preferred 
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 8:00 AM (EST) – 6:00 PM (EST)
  • Experience working for other computer services businesses

Travel Requirements:

  • Moderate travel is required to local customers.
